If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us for a Return Merchandise Request within seven (7) days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will replace it, exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within seven (7) business days of the issuance of the RM request. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
4. Ammunitions and ballistic plates.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm. All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that availability, titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money. If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*
You must be 21 or older to purchase a handgun or receiver, and 18 or older to purchase a long gun. The online purchaser must be the individual to pick up the item purchased. You may not purchase an item online, then have another individual pick up the item.
11 Eleven Tactical USA will handle your next FFL Transfer! The standard FEE to do so is $45. A standard $25 background check must be conducted if you don't have a Nevada CCW. Nevada CCW MUST be presented with driver's license or else the $25 background check will be automatically charged and processed. The firearm transfer can not occur without proof of purchase (Invoice, Receipt, Gift letter or documentation of replacement). The proof of purchase must include a purchase price or gift statement. Emailing is insufficient - You must bring a paper copy with you.
Summary - What you need to get your firearm once it has arrived:
- Drivers License with current physical residence
- Paper copy of Invoice / Receipt / Gift Letter
- Nevada CCW (Optional)

Firearms and accessories stored for 30 days or longer are subject to a $10 storage fee per month. Firearms awaiting transfer for longer than one year are subject to forfeiture. Alternate arrangements for deployed military personnel, etc., can be made by calling the shop prior to placing an order.
At this time we do not ship orders for ammunitions placed through the website. We will only allow shipping of tactical gears and conversion kits. Shipping of firearms will be allowed through FFL to FFL transfer only. All orders are held in our Sparks NV store is for local pick-up only.
ORDER PROCESSING AND FIREARM SALES/TRANSFERS DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS
We appreciate your business. We are in unprecedented times. Firearm and ammunition sales have skyrocketed. We are doing everything we can to keep an assortment of firearms and ammunition in stock at the store. If you placed an order online, please be advised that our distributors are at least 2 weeks behind in shipping, so you order may take at least 3 weeks to arrive in our store. Please give us a call to check if the firearm you want is available before purchasing online. If you decide to cancel your order, we will be enforcing the 25% restocking fee policy. Refunds may take 10-14 days minimum as we will need to return the items to our distributor and await a credit from them.
If you have a valid Nevada CCW, we can transfer firearms to you. If you do not have a valid Nevada CCW, be advised the Nevada State Background Check System is currently experiencing heavy traffic, so there will be delays in processing any background checks.
Pursuant to NRS 414.155 our doors will remain open during normal business hours.
Q: I am from out of state, can I purchase a gun from your store?
A: Yes, however you will need to designate an FFL near you to coordinate with us. Firearms will be transferred from FFL to FFL in your State of residency by a commercial or contract carrier in accordance with State and Federal law.
Q: I am a Private individual and would like to sell my firearm to another individual, can you help me facilitate the transfer?
A: Yes, however the prospective buyer must complete section A of the Firearms Transaction Record, ATF Form 4473. A non-refundable fee of $45 will be charged to the prospective buyer. Once we receive a "proceed" response from NICS then we can officially process the transfer of the firearm. In case of "Denied" or "cancelled", we cannot transfer the firearm to the prospective buyer. The seller will need to undergo Background check if the firearm is left in the custody of the FFL before the seller can claim back the firearm.
Q: How long is the current processing time for Background Check?
A: Currently background checks takes about 3 to 10 days.
